1. Global Shipping Options

We proudly ship worldwide.

At checkout, you can choose:

Free Standard Shipping (Worldwide)

✅ Tracking where available (varies by country)

FedEx International Express
✅ Delivery in 1–7 working days
✅ Flat rate: $18 USD worldwide
Free FedEx Express on orders over $150 USD
✅ Full package loss insurance included
✅ Full tracking and priority support


2. Production & Lead Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

In-stock items: Ship within 1–5 business days
Custom-built parts (Gauge overlays, diffusers, steering wheels): Ship within 8–14 business days
Carbon fiber parts & Android head units: Normally in stock — ship within 1–5 business days. If temporarily out of stock, ship within 8–14 business days.

We strive to keep all products in stock, but during high-demand periods, short lead times may apply to ensure quality.


3. Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Orders are sold without taxes and may incur local fees upon arrival.


4. Protecting Your Purchase — Unboxing Video

To protect your rights and assist with shipping claims:
✅ Please record an unboxing video when opening your package.

This protects you as a customer — couriers do not accept damage or loss claims without video evidence.
Required for:

  • Damage claims
  • Warranty claims involving shipping
  • Compensation or reshipment requests

5. Address Changes

Once shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Address change requests after shipment may incur courier fees.


6. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable:
The customer is responsible for reshipping fees to resend the package.


7. Delivery & Liability

Packages are shipped without signature required unless requested in advance (extra fee applies).
Once delivered to the specified address, the package becomes the customer’s property.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.


8. Tracking Limitations by Country

For some countries, tracking may be limited for Free Standard Shipping:
United States, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, South Africa, United Kingdom, Bahrain, Yemen, Romania, Brazil.

For full tracking & insurance, we recommend FedEx International Express.


9. Stock & Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all shipping timelines, product availability and global logistics may occasionally affect delivery dates.
We reserve the right to select the best carrier for your order to ensure timely delivery.
