🚗 Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we proudly ship to over 60+ countries and growing. Wherever BMW enthusiasts are, we deliver.
When will my order ship?
We offer both in-stock parts and custom-order parts — shipping times vary:
- Standard in-stock parts (such as shift knobs, cupholders, USB modules, gauge overlays, trim pieces, etc): usually ship within 1–5 business days.
- Custom-order parts (such as carbon fiber components, CNC-machined parts, steering wheels, head units, and other made-to-order products): typically ship within 14–20 business days, depending on complexity.
We pack every order with care and will send tracking info as soon as it ships.
Which carrier do you use?
We trust FedEx for international shipping — fast, reliable, and secure.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely — track your order any time on our Track Your Order page or via the tracking email we send after shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Current shipping promotions are displayed at the top of our site.

Will these parts fit my BMW?
Yes — each product page lists supported models and chassis codes. We test fitments in-house on our own vehicles — and we stand behind them.

Are your parts OEM?

Do your parts require modification to install?
In most cases — no. The majority of our products are direct fit, designed to install without cutting, gluing, or permanent modification. If any exceptions apply, they are clearly stated in the product description.
