At Rendition Design, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every part we design goes through continuous refinement and testing because we believe enthusiasts deserve parts they can trust.
Coverage
All Rendition Design products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Fitment issues when the product is installed correctly according to the product
- instructions
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or misuse
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic imperfections on raw materials, such as exposed raw polycarbonate, unfinished metals, or other raw-finish surfaces
- Damage caused by racing, track use, drifting, competition use, or other extreme conditions
- Damage caused by third-party installers or improper tools
- Modified, altered, or repaired products not approved by Rendition Design
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue that may be covered under warranty, please contact us at support@renditioncustom.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the product and the issue
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days with the next steps.
Depending on the case, the solution may include:
- Replacement part
- Repair
- Store credit
- Refund at our discretion
Additional Notes
Steering wheels and custom-made parts are also covered by this 6-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Any attempt to modify, alter, repair, or misuse the product may void the warranty.
Rendition Design reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect, material defect, or installation-related issue.
