Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product — our team will respond quickly with return instructions.

Eligible Returns:

✅ Items may be returned within 20 days of shipment
✅ Item must be unused, unmodified, and undamaged
✅ Return is subject to inspection and approval upon receipt

Return Options:

  • Full store credit — no fee, valid toward any future order
  • Refund to original payment method — subject to a 15% restocking fee

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return to protect product quality:

  • Custom-made or modified parts
  • Parts damaged by improper installation
  • Shipping fees (non-refundable)
  • Custom orders (non-refundable under any circumstances)

Incorrect Orders & Exchanges

If you ordered a part for the wrong vehicle or application:

  • You may return it within 20 days for store credit or exchange
  • Item must be unused and undamaged
  • Please contact us first so we can assist in selecting the correct part

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order:

  • Orders canceled before shipment may incur a 10% cancellation fee if production has started or the part is completed
  • Orders for custom-made parts cannot be canceled once production has started

Warranty

All Rendition Custom products are engineered for quality and reliability. If you encounter any issues:

  • We cover manufacturer defects with repair or replacement at our discretion
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Damage from improper installation
    • Modified or altered parts
    • Normal wear and tear
