Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want every Rendition Custom customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return, exchange, cancel, or request warranty support, please contact us with your order number and product details. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 20 days of shipment.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unmodified
- Undamaged
- In its original condition
- Approved after inspection by our team
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Rendition Custom reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the return conditions listed above.
Return Options
- Store Credit
Eligible returns may be issued as full store credit with no restocking fee. Store credit can be used toward any future Rendition Custom order. - Refund
Eligible returns may be refunded through PayPal only, regardless of the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Rendition Custom.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are processed through PayPal only.
This applies regardless of whether the original order was paid by credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other payment method.
Customers may be required to provide a valid PayPal email address before the refund can be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once production has started:
- Custom-made parts
- Modified or special request items
- Custom orders
- Used, installed, damaged, or altered parts
- Parts damaged due to improper installation
- Items returned without prior approval
- Shipping fees
Custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances once production has started.
Incorrect Orders & Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong part, vehicle fitment, option, finish, or application, please contact us as soon as possible.
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 20 days of shipment, provided the item is unused, unmodified, undamaged, and approved after inspection.
Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle fitment before ordering. If you are unsure which part fits your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only if production has not started.
If production has started, the part is completed, or the order has already entered fulfillment, cancellation may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Custom-made parts and custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Rendition Custom reserves the right to determine whether an order has entered production or fulfillment.
