A clean, rigid phone mount designed specifically for the BMW E36 interior.

The Rendition E36 Phone Mount V7 mounts into the center AC vent using a dedicated bracket system, giving you a secure phone position without suction cups, adhesive pads, windshield arms, or generic vent clips.

It keeps the phone in a natural line of sight, maintains a low-profile OEM+ appearance, and avoids blocking the climate controls. The bracket is made from industrial SLS PA12 nylon for strength, heat resistance, and long-term durability inside a real car interior.

Version 7 is the strongest version yet, with an integrated 17 mm ball joint structure and an M3 screw clamp design for improved stability.

Auto-Grabbing
Includes the Rendition auto-grip phone holder. The holder automatically grips your phone using a built-in proximity sensor.
17 mm Ball Joint Only
Includes the E36-specific bracket with integrated 17 mm ball joint. Use this if you already have your own phone holder head, such as Quad Lock, Peak Design, Spigen, or other 17 mm-compatible mounts.
MagSafe
Includes a MagSafe-style magnetic phone holder for a cleaner, simpler setup.
MagSafe Wireless Charger
Includes a MagSafe-style wireless charging (15W) holder for magnetic mounting and charging support.

Installation steps:

Insert the mount base into the fixed upper slot of the center AC vent.
Align the bracket position.
Tighten the M3 hex screw clamp.
Attach your selected phone holder.
Adjust the viewing angle.
